Payment policy

Please pay attention that payment for our services would be accounted for full month periods only since 01.07.2019. You should pay for entire next month prior to the 1st day of month.

Please teka into account that payment via cashdesk of bank office is processed during up to 5 working days. Payment via terminals or cabinet is processed in several minutes.

Event if you pay later tnan the 1st day of month you must pay full price anyway. However, you may use 'pause' option to reduce payment for the period when you are away and do not use internet. Also you can request credit from the cabinet if you didn't pay to time.
